Preventative Maintenance Although manufacturers often claim MTBF (Mean Time between Failures) statistics well into several hundred thousands of hours; reliable and consistent microwave performance is enhanced by periodic calibration and checking of components for mechanical failure. Preventive Maintenance services are especially critical for licensed microwave systems.

Harsh winters and water all provide a challenging environment for electromechanical systems. ITPI maintains various mission-critical communication systems which is especially important during Midwest winters. and the ever-changing climatic conditions of the region. Our years of experience clearly demonstrate that consistently scheduled maintenance of electromechanical components is paramount to ensure reliable operation.

Preventive Maintenance services are a key component of ITPI System's maintenance agreements. Our experienced field technicians are supported by fully equipped company vehicles, sophisticated test and measurement equipment and documentation. Quarterly Preventive Maintenance is automatically scheduled and our technician provides a written report. If remedial action is required, it is scheduled in advance to eliminate any disruption to your business.

Our maintenance agreements normally provide for 'hot' spares and a technician is usually on site in two (2) hours or less. A typical repair often takes minutes and we also coordinate factory repair of your original unit allowing you to focus on your business goals and not your communications equipment.

The proliferation and increased capacity of wireless systems find customers in the precarious position of supporting a large number of clients dependent on their system's continued operation. Preventative Maintenance services ensure your system is operating at peak capacity and eliminates unintended down time and the resulting loss of productivity.
